It is also recommended to INCREASE YOUR VITAMIN D-3 INTAKE. Black people are naturally low due to our melanin. You must get much more D3! Also, take a time-released Vitamin C and Zinc supplements. If you have an autoimmune illness like myself, such as Thyroid Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, etc...There are certain foods you shouldn't eat, such as rice or corn, grains, peanuts, or any of the nightshade foods. Obesity is also a weakness for this virus. Please consult with your doctor, or START DOING what they may have already told you to do! We need to stay safe and protect our immune systems, and tend to those pre-existing health conditions NOW, not later.
